The Filming of 'It's Good To Talk'

We were given the tasks to conduct an interview about mobiles phones and then create a short film including the interviews and added cutaways.

We conducted our interview in the conventional way. Camera to the left of the interviewer as the interviewee was placed to the left of the screen.



These images demonstrate the conventional way an interview should be filmed.

We then began to film out cutaways. We used many different mobile phones, camera shots and people to ensure our cutaways were interesting and long enough to avoid jumpcuts. for example:
