As a group we thought of people we could use in our documentary including people we knew, people we didn't know and famous people.
We sent out many emails to agents, competition organisers, gym owners, armature bodybuilders, competitive bodybuilders and retired bodybuilders.

We also contacted gym managers through phone calls. We arranged to come to meet them and speak to them and asked for their permission to interview them and film around their gym.
